I don't know how many people will actually be interested in this, but I noticed that there is a fully online undergraduate course available this summer through The University at Albany (State University of New York) which includes a strong Buffy component.

This online course will explore the history of TV ..... Students will .... read a number of essays on the TV show Buffy the Vampire Slayer which can be accessed via Blackboard ....

I'm really tempted to register for this class!
